How did you meet Margie Cedrone Artisan Jewelers?
Margie is my Aunt, so I have known her since birth 🙂 She has been gifting me pieces for my jewelry collection from the beginning of time.

What are your favorite pieces and why?
Some of my favorite go-to pieces are my diamond moon locket on a long black diamond chain, paired with any shorter chain necklace to layer with it. I also love my gold chain link bracelet with the big R engraved disk. It is a big bulky bracelet that goes with everything.

Has Margie ever redesigned a piece of jewelry for you (a Jewelry Facelift)?
Yes, I have asked several times to change the style of my jewelry or to tweak the way something fits.

Do you have pieces in the works?
No, but I can think of a bunch of pieces I'd like to be in the works. 🙂

Once you meet with my Aunt Margie, you'll want to stick with her. She is a jeweling expert! All of her pieces are made with love and are uniquely one-of-a-kind. When and how did you meet Margie Cedrone Artisan Jeweler?
I met Margie in June 2020. A very good family friend introduced me to her and I  learned that she has known my family for a long time as well! When I first met Margie, I instantly loved her warm compassion. It made me feel like I personally knew her for years. Her knowledge and ability to create magnificent pieces with you are unmatched!

Have you ever had Margie design a Jewelry Facelift? If so, what was the original design and why did you want to redesign the piece?
Margie has done a good amount of pieces for me that needed a little update. My favorite one so far is my gemstone eternity band. She created it out of loose gemstones from pieces that my mom had melted down at one point. It’s such an eye-catcher and she just really bought my vision to life!

Do you have any pieces in the works?
I do have quite a few in the works all of which I cannot wait to see…and wear! We’re doing anklets, some rings, an emerald necklace that I am so excited about. I’m feeling nice so I asked Margie to create a little something for my husband!

What are your favorite three pieces of Margie Cedrone jewelry and why?
One of the first things I ever got from Margie was a diamond Italian horn. My friend had one on and it was kind of hard not to notice it, so I had to get one for myself. It’s such a staple piece to have… especially set in diamonds! My second favorite is a gold cigar band she designed for me using the center stone from my previous engagement ring along with other diamonds. When I look at that piece, I know that it will be around forever and that it will be something I can give to my daughter. Finally, my new engagement ring and wedding band! She designed something I wish I had from the very beginning. Both the ring and band are timeless.

Why do you recommend Margie Cedrone Artisan Jeweler?
Margie is truly amazing at what she does. Every time we do something, it is beyond what I have ever imagined it would be. Margie works personally with you, to ensure the very slightest detail,  which is so important to me, is perfect. It makes each piece that I have so much more special. When I’m wearing all my Margie Cedrone pieces and someone asks me about them, I am so quick to have them meet with her. Because not only is she talented with this trade, she has awesome energy about her that makes it almost necessary for weekly visits! The true meaning of retail therapy!

When and how did you meet Margie Cedrone Artisan Jeweler?
I met Margie a few years ago through my mom, Georgeann. She and Margie are very good friends.

What are your favorite three pieces of Margie Cedrone jewelry and why?
I would say all of my Margie pieces are my favorites but if I had to pick I’d start with my sun, moon, and stars set in yellow gold with diamonds. This is my #1 favorite piece because I’ve always loved anything that had to do with the sun and the moon and Margie brought my vision to life by creating a beautiful sun necklace, moon earrings, and star ring. My second favorite piece would have to be my spoiled brat raw diamond set that Margie gifted me for my 16th birthday. This is one of my favorites because I love anything that sparkles and the gray moonstones in the set are gorgeous! My third favorite piece would have to be my yellow gold necklace with all of my Italian charms. This is one of my favorites because it reminds me of how I grew up and how my mom and grandmom would always warn me of the evil eye and how to wear an Italian horn to protect yourself from it.

Do you have any pieces in the work?
I don’t have any pieces in the works at the moment but my mom is always surprising me with something from Margie’s.

When and how did you meet Margie Cedrone Artisan Jeweler?
I met Margie over 25 years ago through my friend, Frann Mullholland.  I was looking for pearls to start an add-on-pearl necklace for my niece.  I remember going to her first shop on Samson Street that she shared with several seasoned repairmen.  It was such a jolly environment full of people excited about the creations Margie delivered to all.  Her location may have changed a few time but the quality and service she has been providing are still the same after all these years!

What are your favorite three pieces of Margie Cedrone jewelry and why?

When and how did you meet Margie Cedrone Artisan Jeweler?
Margie and I grew up in the same neighborhood and I used to see her in passing as a kid. But In around 2015, I officially met Margie one Christmas Eve at her sister's home on Broad Street.

What are your favorite three pieces of Margie Cedrone jewelry and why?
Picking out my three favorite pieces from Margie is really tough. I love everything I have ever bought from Margie.

I guess my first would be my custom Infinity necklace with my kids' names. It’s really special to me of course it's my kids but only Margie could have done this to perfection. She exceeded all my expectations with this necklace design! My second would be my Peruvian opal heart necklace. It's definitely an eye-catcher!! If you don’t notice the beautiful color and size you're blind, LOL.  It’s set in 18kt gold that just makes it pop! Definitely a wow piece; people stop me all the time and compliment it.  My Chanel inspired pieces (necklace, earrings, and anklet)...who doesn’t love Chanel right?  What makes these even better is there real pearls and real gold.

 

         

 

Do you have any pieces in the works?
She hasn’t done a "facelift" redesign yet but I am bringing her two of my grandmother's rings and I’m just gonna leave it up to her.  She has transformed a white gold ring my husband gave me a long time ago and reset it in yellow gold. I love it more now than before.

I do have a gold necklace with religious metals Margie is working on for me. I can't wait to see it because I know it will have that Margie special touch. She’s creating a very unique pearl ring that I’m really excited about.

When and how did you meet Margie Cedrone Artisan Jeweler?
I met Margie about 10 years ago when I was pregnant with my first son. It turns out Margie was my husband’s friend’s Aunt. From the second I met her, I made her ‘adopt' me as her niece. She is one of the most honest, genuine people I've ever met. She’s become my family, my therapist, and one of my closest friends.

 

Margie did your wedding jewelry, what was your inspiration for the pieces? What pieces did Margie create for you?
For my wedding jewelry, I wasn't really sure what I wanted! I knew I wanted statement pieces that I would keep forever and possibly pass on to my daughter (if I have one) or my nieces. I also knew I wanted to be able to wear them again. I showed Margie a picture of my dress and she had this vintage clasp she had been saving for a while. Using my dress and that clasp as inspiration, Margie basically designed my jewelry. I knew I would be wearing my hair up so she suggested a long earring and a matching bracelet. I honestly didn't even know what they were going to look like and was completely surprised by the finished pieces. There is absolutely nothing I would have changed about. On my wedding day (and since then) I received so many compliments on them and so many people asked where I got them. I felt like a princess that day mainly because of my jewelry.

 


        

 

What are your favorite three pieces of Margie Cedrone jewelry and why? 
God this is a hard question! All of my jewelry is so meaning full to me…. but if I had to pick my three favorites I would say my wedding rings because they were my first Margie pieces. Then I would have to say my diamond choker that has my kids' names on it. And third I would go with my diamond Italian Horn she custom made for me.  It's so unique and a true one of a kind piece...no one else has one! If I have to give a fourth piece my it definitely is my Cartier watch. I have been waiting for a while for a very specific watch and finally, Margie found it. She was even able to customize it by adding a diamond bezel. It's just a true piece of art.

 

 

Do you have any pieces in the works?
I always have pieces in the works with Margie! I can never go in and not have something in the works lol. But just in case my husband sees this I'm not gonna say what it is yet, lol.

I will always recommend Margie because when you go to Margie for anything you're not just getting an exquisite piece of jewelry, you're getting a full experience.
